This menu has a novel design. When you open it up to view the courses, the inside is reminiscent of a sliding die box. A paper sleeve decorated to look like a die covers half of the menu. It has to be slid sideways to reveal the rest of the menu. The illustrations make this clear.
David Devant attended this meeting (see the Magic Circular V36 N403, December 1941). A pencil note on the menu card says this was Devant’s last public appearance.
