Climbing cat novelty

The cat’s climbing days are over because the rubber band has perished. In its heyday, it would have climbed up a piece of string as the person holding the string alternated between pulling it taut and then releasing it. The action is identical to that of the more modern item N2792, a climbing figure of Santa Claus.
