Bead on cord trick

This was a gift from magician Harry Carson in 1989. The manufacturer or inventor is not known. Apparently the magician shows the cord running through the two black blocks. The two ends of the cord are held by a spectator and a handkerchief is thrown over the blocks. The magician shows a yellow bead and places it under the handkerchief. Immediately the handkerchief may be removed to reveal that the yellow bead is now on the cord between the two black blocks.
