When Lewis Davenport was performing at theatres in the 1920s and 1930s his daughter Wyn was a keen autograph collector. Her autograph albums survive in the Davenport Collection and include two pages completed by Hemsley. This one comes from the time when Hemsley was at Maskelyne’s Theatre.
