This Magic Tippe Top is made by Breda GmbH. It is a catch, in that you can get the top to turn over but a spectator can’t. When you push in the black ‘stopper’ at the top, a small plastic pin emerges from the bottom of the top. When the spectator spins the top, it simply revolves on this pin.
