Three dice trick

We would like to credit David Britland for discovering that this trick has been sold by different dealers under different names, although this example looks as though it might have been made as a one off. The basic trick is that the magician shows the brass box which contains three dice. One is removed and the lid replaced on the box. This die is now vanished by the magician’s favourite method. When the box is opened again, the die has rejoined the other two in the box.
